Thank u for ur reply for this problem.
The system is already set that option:
3. Go to Log On tab, check (tick) Local System Account, then click OK.
but still the same error came out.
I'm still new with the IIS5.0 and SQL server 2000 setting and troubleshooting, can u pls tell me how to do the following item below.
check your authentication mode (you have set it during the SQL Server installation. by default the password is Administrator or sa).
I think it should be with the authentication problem.
Is there any other way to solve this problem.
