while exporting your flash file to SWF movie.. make sure u enter this :
JPEG QUALITY = 100 ( the default is 50 )
so your imported jpeg/bmp inside ur swf file will be look more better than..

your interface color wasn't match with your background color.
( your should adjust your monitor brightness and contrast tune.. then see what i mean )..
.. this's most offen problem for any wm... there's just 2 way to escaping this:
1. make sure ur image in TRANSPARENT mode *.gif
2. make a small rectangle gif from ur bground interface color.. then set it as body bground image..
