, there are more ppl who have problems with it.
Mine is also not working like it should due to SAFE MODE issues on my host.
But got it to work...finally
just delete directory's and in phpmyadmin EMPTY the tables
gallery_categories
gallery_pictures
Don't forget to backup your work FIRST !!!
when you've done that then start over again with different directory names,
put everything inthere again and when you're done with EVERYTHING then start the BATCH process again in ADMIN area
