My Fav is not listed here sadly, its open source prog called FileZilla. (http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla)

I like it because it does not have any Ads like cuteFTP and is 100% FREE! (always like free stuff ...) is fast and stable too ...

I voted for smartFTP because it is very easy to use, the interface lookes like Windows Explorer ... only nicer
