ok, so if I use the UTF-8 at header, then it means it can be view by any country no matter it's Taiwan or China or Malaysian?

Why mine one is different from them ? I try to make it to make it to big5, but it also show the format & # 2 5 2 5 3 ; which is differ from other chinese version's web

After I do it , save , and view source, it is the format of this: & # 2 0 0 1 3 ; & # 2 2 2 6 9 ; & # 2 5 2 5 3 ;

I show the number with space, cause when no spaces, it directly display chinese character.

How come mine one differ from other chinese web?
