I know Emerge Hosting (webhosting.com.my) has that services.
I didn't read in details.. do they come with SMS gateway? Sending SMS should need SMS gateway right?
I think the cost is high. That's unless you have 10000 phone number to sms. 160 chars for unknown profit eh. :|
