I have mailed them regarding the issue that i have yet to receive the $1.95 as a bonus into my account. I have already verify the 4 digit in the statement and everything went well.

Could you please tell me what does he mean by make payment using my credit card. To who i should make payment to?
Also, he mention that after completed the Expanded use enrollment Process i will get the $1.95 immediately but after more than 240 hours i still have yet to see a cent being added by them.
What has gone wrong?
