I'm afraid DataOne is not S-One.
DataOne has its datacenters in more countries in ASEAN while S-One has its own in Singapore only. S-One has good local routing in Singapore and I still remember we had an extra S-One peer for local routing (Singapore) while our server was in EXPAN previously. They are pretty stable.
Are you sure AngelNetworkz is closed now? Their site is still running
http://angelnetworkz.net/ Although they do not have strong financial background if compared to other US big players, but I doubt they will close down so soon as they used to have strong supporters in WHT.
Regarding to d1asia.com.my, it belongs to DataOne not S-One
