No point posting the URL here. You've just told everyone that your userid is bhl007 and if somebody is good they can even guess out your password! (passwd=6597742a42fbf08836e180297ff889bf)
Anyway, looks like the problem does have something to do with cookies and temp files. Myself, I can manage multiple yahoo accts with no problem.
One solution you can try is creating a new Windows login account, and login to the 2nd yahoo account from there. If successful, then you know that your PC is fine but Windows is screwed up.
