i have signed up for a 2CO account and expecting my first check soon...

Some questions to ask 2CO users in Malaysia :
1) how long does it take for 2CO to send the check to us from US ?

2) how long does the bank take to clear 2CO check (HLB, SBB or etc)?

3) I have asked HLB and they say no additional charges clearing the check but some of them said i need to pay a lot for the service. So, do i have to pay any fees to clear 2CO check in local bank ?

4) what is the fastest way to clear 2CO check ?
