I've experienced TWO shutdown of service in 15 days. My website is
http://www.rendervault.com, and as of 2.00 PM to 2.35PM the website is down, and still down (Nov 29 2004).
What I can see is that mercumaya, although having excellent packages, are lacking in the professionalism department. Phone service is often very blur and un-courteous, and very un-professional (not even a word of sorry when things screw up!). Emails is even worse. No company footer, or are there any proper language in the mail. And more often that not they don't answer questions satisfactorily.
I'll see how long mercumaya takes this time. If this happens too often, I'll switch hosts. How can you guareenty perfect uptimes when you give ur customers this kind of screw ups?
