Yes its running fine. Then it goes down for 10 - 15 mins. Then it gets back online. Then it goes down again. Talking about reliability...

As for mercumaya's reply, I've sent them an email and am still waiting for their reply. And that's 48 hours ago.

Best answer I've gotten so far is this:

"Maybe we are upgrading our server. We have not received complains from the other 400 customers."

Yay. So much for professinalism.

If your server is down, I won't blow off if you can explain why. Or at least a word of apology would be appreciated. That's what I believe what the customer support department should be doing.

I used to go with freenet. Their service is excellent. Beyond typical Malaysian standards. I wanted to switch my hosting to mercumaya, and the staff over there assisted me properly and patiently on the transision process. With a hell lot of courtesy too. This is what I call professionalism.
