I am a frequent ikobo user. transfering around AUD300 every month since last year. I've stop using ikobo in Jul/Aug because they had blocked my client's credit card (not my account). I left $8 inside.

I have scan my water bill and driving license to them before for higher limits. Try to e-mail them?

Ikobo is a family-business. That's one thing everyone doesn't know. They don't have employees to run this hence telephones are always answered in answering machine (unless they pick it up). The history was this family is migrating and find it hard to remit their money aboard. So they settle down and started Ikobo. I can be sure they have hundreds of emails a day, if you're expecting them to answer one by one.. that's a joke. I can't even answer 50 troubleshooting request by emails a day now without supporting tickets *sigh*
