simple actually...
1. go to public bank..tell them u want a debit card
2. have to pay Rm 25 (fees)
3. wait for 2-3 weeks
4. collect card..and have to bank in Rm 25 again (Rm 25 must always be in your debit card account) i dunno why..it's their terms..
5. use it anywhere that has a "visa" logo
You dont even have to have an account at public bank,because
debit card account and savings/current account are completely diffrent
