Google has give him the permission to publish his stat, but only earnings not cpm and ctr. Same like Mobiletracker.net (Jon dales).
20% ctr is possible provided your site has a lot of traffic, mine averaging 10% ctr. You need a lot of unique visitors. If you get 4000 unique visitors and half of it click your ads, you will get more than 100 bucks eventhough your cpm is low.
How to increase your earnings? Build more site that gets a lot of traffic. If one site give you $ 10 per day and you want your earning $100 per day, just build another 9 sites. Every site give you you $10 per day, if ten sites you will get $ 100 per day. Same like this guys did it.
