Perhaps in your main column, you could have some spacing for margin (left and right).
And, your header (Kah Soon Blog) and the Flash header, could be integrated into 1 main header. It saves some space and it would display your main thread when finished loaded ( not requiring visitor to scroll down to see the newest/main post)

How about now? does it look ok than b4? i removed the flash and tweak according to your suggestion and i kinda like the current version better....what do you say =)
