Not many people understand the techniques of CPR. When an emergency situation (e.g.; heart attack, choking, near drowning, other types of emergencies etc) occurs at home, the common thing that everybody would do is either sent the victim to hospital immediately or call & wait for an ambulance which could take a long time. CPR MUST be started within 4 minutes from the time of the emergency.
