so can i get it?
d flowchart..
first..when user log in for make some report kerosakan kolej..
so..user akan isi borang secara online..
then..when admin check d system who was made report..
then admin akan kasi feedback semula kepada user melalui sms utk bg tau user that their report hv been made action..

user buat report

isi borang secara online
|
admin check system
|
user get report yang mengatakan aduan telah diambil tindakan melalui sms
