dotster.com offering 1USD one domain per account. I've been buying with them, so far is OK but the load of cp is bit slow. They dont offer free-whois service like others.
BTW, you can onlky use one time the coupons even you register a new account but you may skip it by using a new credit card.
use
for 1usd domain for 1st year and after that 14.99usd or transfer it to another registrar.
Domainsarefree.com is a scam I think so, coz when tried to pay with my cc, the last year is '10 not like others, so I cant paid coz my cc valid until '11
