I am quite new in the PHP world, but now programming world. have been developing system in C/C++ for years now. Apache and MySQL is not new to me, only PHP... The syntax of PHP is quite similar to C, so no problem for me to understand it.

Only started on web about 2-3 months ago... first static html, the goes to PHP. Curently in the final process of completing a small project of a friend.

Thus, I am in the process of building my resume, so, my rate is not super high as those who have years of experience of work. I could not say for certain how much, because usually the way I will do it, is that I will talk to the person about the current situation, see what he needs, and then give some estimation based on the expected time required for me to complete it. Thus, I can't give any feedback on the rate yet.. Let's talk thru email..
