Hi,

Eric here.

The name server you mentioned i think is the DNS right?

DNS is some kind of zone file for you to locate where ur domain name A record go, MX record, CNAME and so on

So is like a passport to you, once your passport lost, definately you can't go to the destination you want.

Same thing, if your DNS down, you can't go any where but error from the browser.

Some suggestion of mine here to solve your problem, just might help only ya.

Try ping and do a trace route test on all your DNS server, i beleive they provide you more then 1 name server.

Check on the time to reach your nameserver from your pc.
If the name server is located oversea, example US, the time is around 1xx-2xx ms...if around 3xxms...u have to send them a request for changing the name server. Slow connection of name server will to some problem when you trying to access.

Hope it helps.

Thanks

Eric
