Cause when up numbers of letter u've sent and all mail server like hotmail, msn or aol..they will detect the source and blacklisted. Once blacklisted, it's actually blacklisting your hosting's provider's mail server.

How to solve this problem?

err... that quite hard to know when will those hotmail or alike will blacklist our hosting server.. to be safe, you can alternatively you could try out some other online mailing services like aweber or getresponse.

according to them (aweber/getresponse/prosender), they said all their mail server is compliant with the SPAM authority...

CAN SPAM Act of 2003, the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 8 June 2000, on legal aspects of information society services, in particular, electronic commerce in the Internal Market ('Directive on Electronic Commerce'), along with the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 12 July 2002, concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (‘Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications’) and laws in force of Customer’s country of residence.
anyhow... user still can blacklist your email addresses and it would still fall into the spam folder... i guess nothing much we can do bout it...
