You call it SOHO or not you still can treat it as your home laa.. haha.. Not virtual office also because there are things you can touch and hold. It is a concept that this office is for self employed people, hence, SOHO lor..
For self employed bosses but given facilities of a receptionist and a office assistant to provide your clients with some drinks or maybe while they are waiting, the receptionist can attend to them.
Place is fully furnished and renovated to a certain Class to boost up the credibality of your business as well. There will be 2 types of room sizes and 2 types of partitioned sizes.
Practically the tenants don't need to incure so much startup cost for renovation, hire a receptionist, buy all facilities. Startup business can save more.
This small offices are trageted for designers. We have a website to bring in business for tenants already renting the premise. Tenants has the choice to give us the printing job with a low cost price because we are a printing firm.
The biggest room will be rented out @ RM1200/month. Smallest cubicle @ RM750/month.
