1. The hosting package that we offer are not expensive if you acknowledge the amount of CPU and memory resources we given to our customers. These forums use our Premium Hosting. Some of them runaway from other provider because they were asked to upgrade to dedicated server.

2. We do have users quota per server. We do not cramp all users into one server just to break-even our server operation. Our high price is because we only put 120 users for one server. Some of our servers are only 90 users. Why ? our profit of 1GB is equaly to profit of 20 GB hosting. So, the benefit are passed to our customer by giving them faster servers and huge allocation on CPU usage and memory
3. We do multiple point daily backup, weekly backup and monthly backup. Which means we have 9 seperate backup per hosting account. So if your hosting package is 10GB, we have to provision 100 GB (10 GB original + 90 GB backup) for one customers. That is why our premium only have 1GB package. But some of our client do upgrade their hosting till 3 - 4GB (of course this will include with upgrade fee).
There are more feature that we could not disclose here due to competitive advantage.
p/s : It is very rare for us to suspend customers website due to CPU usage. We would rather purchase a server and put him there. This is what we do to
