If you pay Air Asia rate, you get Air Asia service quality. If you pay MAS rate, you get MAS service quality.
The same with broadband. If you use cheap Streamyx, you get "best effort" service. If you want better quality service, then apply for TM Managed Broadband Service.
Better yet, apply for the same broadband service that TM is providing to banks - TM will guarantee good service, but you must be willing to pay the much higher rate.
TM is running a business, not charity.
