imo.. it depends on who's your target user..
if it's local like asia and europe..
then streaming should be ok for them if the site is hosted here in malaysia..
but for us / canada users, they might have higher latency to view the media..
i'm using vps at the moment, and users from us / canada always complaints on the high ping from there to here..
