I realize some of the blogger who obtain high PR lately such as from 0 to 4

they have taken out their blogroll...

before they success that high PR, they trying to asking link exchange from other blog, while gather alot of link exchange, they take out their blogroll.

which mean the other blogger link to him/her, and him/her's blog get alot of inbound link, that why they get high PR after google index.

Does this consider responsible blogger?

I found this kind of blogger when i doing my link exchange check one a while, Found that few blog actually take out all their blogroll

any one have the same experience with mine? my be you should do your link exchange inspection after read this
