all three keywords are high in competitions... you need to do quite some seo activitites... but first, determine your keyword first....
1. free xbox - 26 mil in competition but no demand for it
2. xbox - 43mil in gg competition and high demand but it rather too general
3. xbox 360 - 34 mil gg competition and demand is quite high too.
to find your keyword, you can use the following sites:
1. Google Keywords:

2. Yahoo:

3. keyword Spy:

4. Keyword discovery:

normally just use google and yahoo tools will be sufficient to determine your target keyword.
after determine your list of keyword, then use Google Trends to know which term user search on more in google.

After knowing and decided on the main keyword then the seo part starts...
Seo part are the tedious jobs like...
1. keyword density
2. use of h1-h7 tags
3. show your keyword in the beginning and footer of page.
4. Get lots of linkback from other sites with your keyword intact in it.
5. submit your site to all those web directory and blog directory if you are a blog.
