You can request to halt the promo SMS. CALL them, do not email. They will brief you on how to send an sms to stop the spam. Personally, they annoy me like hell too but I haven't gotten around to ask them to stop. DiGi used to be the best behaved telco in town. No promo sms until like 2 years ago.
