For me, I have great experience with AzoogleAds. It is a CPA (cost per action)-based affiliate network, which pays out everytime your visitors perform a desired action on the clickthrough.

There are other networks, from CommissionJunction, Webgains, MaxBounty. What about your experience on affiliate marketing?
