there's no standard price for freelancer, u may charge as low as possible or even as high as possible. Since you're new, normally client will suspect ur ability the first, so better start from low rates n slowly rising ur rates when u getting more experiences. But of coz, better u design some port folio to show ur customer about ur ability, ppl will pay u higher if they trust ur ability.
