your forum database? or what?

if your database in the old hosting.. of course none will keep your for years! after expired..

but if you had the old db..
what you need to do is..
upload all the old script files. ..
then... import the databases via phpmyadmin.

should be ok by then..

MAYBE.. what you mean is.. where to get the old VB script?
ask vbulletin team.. they must have their old version script one..
