Who are the moderators here and are they keeping track of postings?
Also, what are the rules for giving recommendations. For example, some forums will ask for proof that you are using or have used a product or service that you are recommending to someone else.

What exactly does this mean? Does this mean if someone is asking for a programmer or graphic / web designer or hosting etc etc, someone else can offer his / her services to that poster?
