So, thank you for cooperate to direct all your other questions else where
Having said that, Here I am with my idea
I was hanging out the "Web Design and Development Forum" under sub-forum "Website Design" and "Website Programming" and I was very disappointed that there is no maintenance being done in that two most important forum.

Website Design is totally different with Website Development/Programming, in fact they are two different job as well. A website designer and a website developer! I consider myself more onto website developer since I code a lot then designing my site. But I do design my own site as well...

Design = will closely related to CSS, Selecting Theme Color, Graphic, Page Layout, etc...
Develop/Programming = mostly related to programming languages like ASP, PHP, .NET, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, XML, etc...

Ok, to my point!
I am suggesting that we have to separate each of the programming language and create their own sub-forum like this:

Program Your Website - (WMF - Website Programming)
  • ASP Forum
  • ASP.NET Forum
  • PHP Forum
  • JavaScript Forum
  • XML, RSS & Atom
  • Java, JSP, Cold Fusion
  • Perl, Python, Ruby and Others

Design Your Website - (WMF - Website Design)
  • HTML Forum
  • CSS Forum
  • Flash & Multimedia Forum
  • Graphics Forum

This will looks much more professional and structured, don't they?
Cheers..
