Just to share my today experience.

Today I went to Pacific MegaMall Penang(butterworth) during lunch time, i visit McD there, and try to check my email, my lappy no batt, so i try to use their electricity. (defianely i order a drink)

Suddently a staff come to talk to me with not polite way(totally did not treat me as customer) she tell me that i am not suppost to use the electricity there. I need to apply from them.

I ask her back, "so now how can i apply"... she did not asnwer, and tell me that the electricity only for their staff use.

I told her i will use for a while only...she nothing to said and leave me alone...

who know just a while, less then 10 min, no electrict source already, probably they close the main switch in side.

WTF so unprofessional, i definately won't go McD at Pacific MegaMall again.
