Are you refering to Orient-Shopping.com - Online shopping in Malaysia There's nothing mentioned about return/refunds policy... ...obviously this shop deals in eatable goods that can expire... not a watch or an electronic device for example. You claim no customer service, they do have a contact form and a custom order form, did you contact them to find out wether you got a reply or not???

Also, I have to mention that your comment "how to compete with amazon.com" also doesn't really strike me as fair. This is a small indertaking, obviously a work in progress. Given the fact that any Malaysian based initiative should be supported in order for it to grow, I would cut it some slack. Besides, when comparing to amazon.com, most shops will be way behind! It is what I said in my urlier message, there are very few initiatives besides those backed by larger companies. amazon.com is a multi-million/billion dollar enterprise, there's no comparing for 99.9% of the online shops.

The idea here in this thread is not to go or mention global non-Malaysian companies or to compare any Malaysian based initiative with such.

Malaysia has a very long way to go when it comes to online shopping, so if you ever want to see one going global, supporting them is a must, ...
