i've checked it out with a few hosting company but it add more to my confusion coz they give me 3 different answer below:-

1. .my can only registered under a cpy name and roc no (same like .com.my)
2. .my can be registered under personal but need to provide photostat copy of MyKad (as a proof of malaysian nationality)
3. .my is open for public with no conditions attached...

so which of the three above is true ....

maybe some hoster can help me out here.... thank q....
