Do you really need this scripts? because nowdays most control panel and can do autoresponder from your email address.
I don't see any problem if your email complete with the autoresponder unless you're using mailman scripts or other scripts to send a lot of email from your mailing list. This kind of job will be consider spamming and the IP will be blacklist.
