I would recommend that you choose something reasonable instead of a host that provides you with tons of space and bandwidth that you know they will not be able to provide.

If you do not believe, think of it this way, a standard server would be around 2 X 320GB Hdd or maybe 2 X 500GB Hdd up to the max of 2 X 1TB Hdd. I mean standard, not the maximum a server can take. A host that gives you 1TB of space, how do you think they will be able to maintain that amount of space? If you still think that they will be able to do so, try uploading unix distros on their server to distribute, in a matter of time, you will get kicked off their server. Either for an excessive usage of server resource or something along that line.

Conclustion: Get something reasonable and reliable!
