its depends on what sort of internet business you want to start with....
if doing cpc, cpa, cpm, affiliates, then you don't...
if you want to start your own ecommerce site then you might not need it also.. coz its depends on what sort of payment gateway u are adopting...
i would suggest that you make it clear on what kind of business you have in mind and what sort of budget you have if any....
fyi. starting a internet business isn't any different from the traditional brick-n-mortar biz....
so be specific and tell us your need....
