Are you saying that there are problems accessing and logging into the system? Or are you saying that your relatives have actually lost money from their accounts?

If they have lost money, have they complained to the bank? What did the bank have to say? Do you know what exactly happened? Is it due to eg using simple passwords that people can guess? Were they refunded the money?
