I think Blogger image storage is automatically linked to Picasa web albums (through your Google Account).. which has a 1GB storage space limit.
Anyone with blogspot site(s) can try to login to Picasa with your google account >>
http://picasaweb.google.com ... your images for all your blogs are actually stored there.
