1. Agree, there could be local congestion. However the performance degradation is significant, e.g. more than 10%. Therefore if I need a low latency server for Malaysia market, using Malaysia data centers is a not a solution. How do we make sure all Malaysia ISPs and data centers are connected via high speed network?
