Here is the use case for search result RSS feed
1. If I am interested in item x in city y, so I search.
2. If none of the search results is satisfactory, so I wait for a few days and try to search again. This is too troublesome.
3. If there is RSS feed for my search criteria, I can use feed reader, e.g. Google Reader, Bloglines to do the search/pull specific feed for me


BTW, try to include more fields in search screen, e.g. price, city, category specific attributes.
