ok guys, here some news update regarding this case.
most hoster are like that, this is their trick to ask client upgrade hosting.
What 300GB space and 300GB bandwidth
all are fake They won let u use so much, I am subscribe to their Ebiz 1, which is 50GB bandwidth, and average I am using 6/50 average per month.(this 2 month about 16/50)
What happen if I use up 20GB or 1000 visit per days?
My traffic hit 3000 to 6000/days before quite some time ago(some time), but I never encounter this "high CPU consumption" before, and recently my visitor maintain 300++ per days, and they told me I have "high consumption"
After they unsuspended my account, I was asking them

Asking me to buy dedicated server.
They do mention that my db are become bigger size and every time visitor access my website, the query become longer, my database only
6.69MB, does this consider big?
