I think you are not only the victim, they do the same thing to me. Once they found out your website use more resources, they will cap your CPU usage to 3% max for your pool. So what will happen when your website reach that cap, your website will be down for a while....I argue with them for a lot of round, but still no solutions.

So, what is the solution they offer?? Ask you to migrate to semi-d or better server lor, of coz $$$$ more. Exabyte, is this the way you treat your customer???

So what I did was migrate my server to another semi-d hosting but not exabyte, why?? If i over use again, Exabyte will ask u to migrate to dedicated server lor...

A lot of people said they are the best host in town...emm... I think I will move all my company website from them...This kind of service, how can trust to upgrade my plan while the share hosting service already so bad.
