I think it depends on the type of account you have. For example, for basic savings accountthere is a charge after the 8th ATM transaction. For some other types of accounts, it is after the 4th ATM transaction.

AFAIK, online payments to some companies such as TM, Tenaga etc does not have a charge. But to some companies there is a charge.
