Since I do considerable business in the US, I have a verified US Paypal Account and also maintain a US bank account where I maintain a sizeable fund.

After discussions with friends and business associates in Malaysia, I realized that many of us here have Paypal accounts but have problems getting the money to our banks in Malaysia for us to use here.

Thus, I have decided to provide anyone who is interested to utilize my ‘Paypal to Malaysia Local Bank’ transfer service that enables you to get your money from your paypal account direct to your local bank in Malaysia.

What this service does is essentially enabling you to get your paypal money from USD -> RM transferred directly to your bank account (in RM).

Here’s how it works:

(Scenario)

1. Suppose Lia has USD 100 from her PayPal account and wants to transfer that money to her Maybank account in Malaysia.
2. Lia sends me an email / sms to request transfer of USD100.00 to my PayPal account.
3. I accept email/sms and proceed to notify Lia I accept transfer.
4. Lia transfers USD100 from her PayPal account to my PayPal account. (via PayPal.com )
5. I receive money and verify net transfer after minus PayPal fees. (For instance 100 – 3.5% = USD(100 – 4) = USD 96.
6. Based on an exchange rate o [1 USD = 3.3 RM]* , I then proceed to transfer RM ( USD96 * 3.3 = RM316.80 ) , which is RM316.80 from my Maybank account in Malaysia to Lia’s Maybank Account via direct internet transfer.
7. Lia receives receipt of transfer and amount via email/sms.
8. Transaction is concluded.

* The exchange rate is set to cover my expenses in fees and service charges.

I will then send information and further instructions via email to you with information about the transfer( i.e transfer amount, transfer you will receive (in RM) in return, exchange rate.) and further simple instructions. (You will need to provide me details of your beneficiary account when you transfer the money). When you receive this email/sms just follow the simple instructions to proceed with transfer. When I verify receipt of money in my Paypal account, I will then proceed to transfer the RM from my local bank to your local bank account. All the transactions are done online, so it is convenient and faster. Depending on the local bank institution, you should receive your money immediately or the next business day (only on business days).

Terms:


- For security purposes, the minimum amount of transaction is USD100 per transaction. ( negotiable in special cases ) and maximum remittance is USD750.00 (RM3000.00) per transaction.

- All transactions are processed on a first come first serve basis.

yo dude... what you are doing are strictly in violation of paypal policies... if paypal found that you been accepting to many fund from other users... they will investigate on your account and may freeze your account if found guilty.... just be carefull man...

Thanks for the heads up buddy, but we're not violating any policy, and we've cleared it with PayPal so everythings ok.

Essentially, we're simply providing a convenient service only for Malaysians who wants to get their PayPal funds easier directly in their local bank(in Malaysia).

An alternative is to travel to US and open a bank account there. So it really depends on the people what they choose to do. If you don't feel comfotable with our service, then by all means we recommend you to use the normal way.

Isn't this effectively buying/selling PayPal funds? Do you have documentation from PayPal approving this service?

It has been mentioned many times that this sort of exchange of funds is not allowed. Please clarify.
