It's a marketplace or an exchange for microjobs. NOT a third party human resource agency. However, Pajamanation Malaysia will help in facilitating any corporations, SMEs, organizations or government agencies willing to outsource jobs for microworkers. We will also assists microworkers in getting oursourced jobs from their targeted entities.

It's more of a reverse-eBay, except that microjobs/services get traded and commoditized, not products. However, prices ought to stay stable and at one point, get optimized, not volatile like traded currencies or shares. The market decides.

No single company can cater enough jobs for 100,000+ and growing fast group of freelancers, homepreneurs, microworkers, part-timers, mamapreneurs etc. Neither are all corporations combined!!
