Im developin an affiliate program for my product & I need to invite a few ppl to try it out, I prefer to call them as Sales Agent, U'll brin me sales I'll generate commission for U, so is just tat simple, not an online business but U'll hv2 know a basic skill in marketin & promotin but not necessary, Ur responsibility is to propose & close sales from shops owner

all right da 1st program Im goin to introduce is mobile coupon solution, wen a shop owner sign up for da service he'll b able to create mobile coupon for his business or products to attract new customers, at da same time sales agent wil generate commission from each coupon downloaded by users, U can sign up as many merchant as U can to double Ur profit & it is not limit to retailin, tis service also can b use for online shops, restaurants, hotels & such

For merchants, my service is free, U save money & hassle to implement mobile solution into Ur business, Ur customer wil enjoy his new shoppin experience & also encourage repeat sales

For sales agents, I’ll launch tis service in close beta which min U’ll only see tis msg in webmatermalaysia.com forum at da mean time & new agent sign up only from invitation by existin agents, I wil gv U a set of proposal material such as brochure & info for Ur promotion, U’ll work as freelancin, to support merchant’s request & questions only

Commission calculation, not confirm but U can take tis as a reference, per coupon download agent get 20 cents, payment received in 3 mths time at least

Do gv me some comments & show me if I missed out anything, more program wil come out soon

ok... very confused here...

Q1. what is our job then? Are we just gonna get merchant account for you or both end-user(mobile phone owner) and merchant?

Q2. how we goin to earn?? Do we only earn from the voucher download of our own appointed merchant??
let say we appointed Merhcant X
1. if user download merchant X voucher, do we get paid?
2 if user download merchant Y(not appointed by us), do we get paid too?

Q3. What kinda support that we(the sales team) need to provide to the merchant that you mentioned? Do we need to give after sales support also?

Q4. Will the coupon code for each merchant dynamic?
Will merchant X coupon code will have its own set of code + running number and can not be reused.
Example: MX0001 to MX9999 and the running number will be different each time a user download the voucher.
If its not unique in each download and can reusable, then there no earning for me lioa coz the user can store the code in the phone and reuse it over and over again or worst just forward to their friends and that cost less than 5cents in normal sms.

1. U'll need to get me merchants only

2. U earn from merchants sign up by Ur account

3. Usually merchant wil ask about technical questions & U'll b da 1st person they'll probably contact

4. I believe most of da merchant wil not need to generate unique coupon unless they request to do so & users r able2 exchange their coupon wv out need to download again, I know U'll worry bout tis situation but Im sure tis is just a small part of lost, not 100% users can trick tat, If U r assumin a user forward his coupon to all his frens then I'll treat tis as a gd opportunity to promote Ur merchant & U'll get more downloads from da new customers cos they wont keep askin his fren to send him coupon avtime a new offer coupon created

do U think serialized coupon is necessary? Extra id info wil display on da coupon, I can implement into the online terminal for merchant to keep track coupon download & redemption status but merchant wil need a computer wv internet connectivity to process each coupon he receive & also train his worker to use the system, so how U think?

I wil let av1 c d final product later, just tat it stil kelam kabut on da UI part, but Im stucked in some part, I wan2 know satisfaction from agents bout his commission offer

sorry i still blur... and the above answer confused me already.... is tht means the following...

For each merchant tat the agent sign-up, the agent got paid a certain amount?
or;
Merchant sign-up no payment. the agent only got pay when a user download from that particular merchant??

which is which???


for agent, if their income rely on the amount of voucher download, i don't tink they will like it... the agent won't mind it unless you already pay them for each merchant signing in the 1st place....
for the merchant and you its good coz both can earn... however the sales ppl got sucks out lioa....


This one depends on your answer to the earlier above questions is regards to payment to the agents... if agent only earn from each download... i think you need it..

U'll only earn from coupon downloaded from users by da merchants U hv sign up to me, if I hv to pay agent each merchant they sign up to me it wil b my concern, for example some agent might simply get me a dozen of invalid merchants to simply earn da sign up fee wv out carin about da downloads, so U hv to understand tat I need to control da quality too

Any user can bcome an agent wenever he successfully attracted merchant to use my services, and I min they shld understand tat da merchant is potentially generate commission for his account in da 1st place, for an example my fren is a restaurant owner, I wil speak to him about tis service & explain to him how tis wil help in his business bcos I know restaurant is a place wher ppl go alot & also generate high return customer rate, so if he agree I'll just sign him up into da service
